Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Managing and growing the existing region's sales division.
2. Managing the continual development and measured growth of the company's sales team through recruitment and training of qualified individuals
3. Responsible for business development and account visits in the region
4. Forecasting and meeting regional sales goals
5. Maintaining and expansion of customer base by counseling sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers
6. Identifying new customer opportunities.

Desired Skills and Experience:
1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
2. Experience: 5+ years cable  experience is preferred
3. Fluent in English
4. Management experience working in a similar position is desired
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
6. Experience in hiring, training, evaluating, maintaining and terminating sales team
7. Team player
